MultiVan roof rack / rails

Hi Guys,

I am in search for some roof racks for my Multivan but the rail style - not the crossbars.

Not sure if these are possible or if just custom jobs, but similar to the type you would get on a Tiguan or Toureg.

My van already has the rails installed in the roof - but i just want a raised rail which a cross bar can then be added onto (as pictured below)

Im lost as to what i should even be searching for and going around in circles trying to find an answer.

Try Ebay there are some listed for other models but I could not imagine that they would be that hard to adapt to a VW roof , there is a 4x 4 place in 8 Roosevelt st Coburg north Vic 3058 0424466442 PS 4x4 0424466442 worth a call maybe .

I thought Rhino listed a flat type rail that their bars attached to and could slide on. But I was never able to find it again and speaking with roof rack city they said they had never heard of it. So I ended up buying 4 fixed bars as I could never get the spacing right with just 3 and the lengths I can need to carry. However when I put a bar on the very front mounting point it whistles over 80km which is unfortunate.
