If you plot the ribs first good quality self tappers will easily do the job with no drill swarf either , trust me I have done ply floors on nearly ten vans with no issues at all .

Thanks Tornado yes the good old fashioned self tappers will do the job if Motexion use them then you can assume its all good . Look its about what people are comfortable with , we all have different ideas and some are good and others may be not as good . Personally with ply floors I dont want to have to remove the carpet and underlay later because it starts to squeak and groan when walked on so the screws are the best when done right [in my opinion ]
