Here is a picture of it fitted.

The piping (stainless) can be done in Brisbane for around $700 so, all up you would look at $1000 fitted.

It is a perfect fit between all the piping and bits in there with no need for any cutting of anything......
Is that the same one as yours, Johan?

I have also found that a PWR unit to suit a R32/33 GTSt skyline may fit... Overall dimensions - 650(w) x 380(h) x 80 (t) for about $895... can get a custom one made with a core that is not as tall but will probably be more $$$

I would not use a 4wd diesel intercooler on a petrol car for the same reasons I would not use a truck intercooler - designed for different flow types and placement

very similar to the older nissan patrol tdi cooler unit... madza rx7 FC and older mx6 & tx5 have similar design... but the nissan unit is the best, probly biggest design with same side in&out...

There is a noticable increase in power....(maybe I'm just imagining it)... and a noticably deeper sound to the engine under power. Not too noisy but nice.

Car still lookes stealth with nothing really noticable unless you know what to look for.

Looking at the std one that came out its easy 2.5 time bigger.

Also done so neatly in the engine bay that I bet a normal VW dealer mechanic would not even notice....
