      That one won't be going on, it's off a MK5 or 6. The flange is wrong and that's just the start of it.

      • He will be cutting up my standard exhaust and using that flang he has been messing with it and says he will make it work so just gotta wait till tomorrow arvo to see the results but I'm sure some mods will be needed and he is a engineer so not really a problem for him

        • Well he has bolted the dump pipe on and made it work just needs to finish off the mounts and connect it to the rest of the standard exhaust so will be picking it up tomorrow just in time for the weekend so I'll get some photos maybe next weekend

          Also reading up more for revo stage 2 do I need to upgrade the fuel reg to a 4 bar? Last time I spoke to the shop they didn't mention that

          What is a rough power stage 2 makes?

              • Yes it is a milltek 3" dump pipe for a golf and he made it work on my polo the guy had a full exhaust system but didn't want to flash his car and just wanted noise so he was only using the back half so bonus to me lol

                • Just about finished he is just making a hole for the front o2 sensor then it's getting bolted up



                  He couldn't believe how restricted the standard one was he said I'll kill the clutch and blow the box next haha

                  • Just drove the car home and it feels good don't really notice a sound difference but it's spooling up quicker hitting 18psi just over 3k and is so much smoother it's been a month since I've driven it and dam I miss it lol I get the feeling I'm gonna need a new clutch when I go stage 2 lol

                        I'm on the standard clutch and phase 3, not far off 160k

                        I believe a lot of the first 140k was highway kms. Last 20k has been Phase 2 and 3.

                        • That's good to know lol mine has done 140k but honestly my clutch feels heavy for a standard clutch so not sure if it's been replaced before and doing some research for stage 2 didn't realize that I need a 4 bar fuel reg as well so looks like I gotta pick one up in the next week or so and thinking about buying one of those rubber TIP as well

                            Who told you that you need that? There's loads of people phase 2 that don't have a 4 bar reg. I was one of those people, had no issues with fueling when running without one.

                              Revo might specify one. certainly not a pre-requisite for most tuners.

                              • The revo site says its required for stage 2 but I'm gonna call the shop on Monday to see if it's needed or if I can just book it in for the flash
