Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.
Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before.
We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

They work with some 325ish discs and different wheels. I though it was worth a go.
Not many mk4/VR calipers on the market, unless you know if any?

Reason for sale is I've just got the most epic 2pc 5x100 17x8 wheels

Our money tree has taken a battering since Christmas too. Dental surgery for the eldest.
I did $700 on tyres yesterday too. I am running 3 cars with the S3 and the family wagen. It's hard justifying having the Polo at all, I can't do another grand or so and still buy some more discs.
Thanks for the offer though.

Had another productive day today. Cut the grass at home. Went for coffee with the wife. Opened a bank account. You blokes won't care about that though will you????
Small brake delete carried out. As mentioned previously DBA 4000 were on special at GSL, $199 a pair. After the MK5 caliper fcuk up, got some 4 motion ones. Sprayed some black on them. Remsa pads from GSL again.
Bolted up and bled through.
Looking better and also retard the car well.
Then I was a bit lost and saw the spare engine. Several hours to go before work tonight. Pull the rods and pistons out and get started.
Polished up, rings removed and grooves cleaned out.
