Flat6 That is exactly what I wanted to hear and have happen with this rear bar! It isn't adjustable is it? Instructions included?
Could you elaborate on the instal? Cheers Al
There were no instructions included but after 10 minutes of looking at it you figure it out
The smaller bolts, washers and nuts are used to mount the arms to the suspension mount, the large nuts and washers are used on the bar, be sure to double washer the bolt on the bar.
I used two jacks and jacked the car up a little on both sides, the tires don't need to leave the ground it was purely just so i could get under it, be careful to as the car will move if both tires leave the ground!
Bolted the mounts to the suspension arms, then bolted the bar in place, be sure to raise the bar so it clears the ground as much as possible and tighten it equally on both sides

That's a good idea, know just the place to test it, Will be interesting to see where tire lift occurs but all round its quite manageable so far, I'm taking corners at least 20% faster without even noticing it.2016 Golf R, APR Stage 1
