Needed the removable brace behind the seat so if I ever need to move the seat back etc, well the brace can come out. Its at the Powdercoaters now, picking the car up tomorrow

Tnen to make a false floor for the boot and to replace the back seat, oh and all of the other stuff that needs to be done.

Got a spare altenator coming from the UK so i can pull it apart and polish the casing

                  • Big thanks to the Guys at Fabraications for doing a awesome job, the qaulity of the cage, welds, powdercoat is fantastic

Spoke to them about pumping out the front guards, i was told the best thing to do was, well they can make me a mould of a guard and reproduce fiberglass ones which could fit a 225 tyre

That's a cool idea, how much weight would it cut back?

                      Build is looking amazing.

Dont know, they can modify the stock guards but all the cutting and welding, fabrication in not cheap, close to $2000. The guy is a Coach builder !!!

At least if you have a mould you can make 3 or 4 pairs and divide the cost

I'd be in for a set of those. Group buy maybe? This is something I will be investigating when I get my car back.
Though it would be nice to fit a 235 if possible.
                              Car looks great mate.
