Thanks mate, looks fine to my untrained eyes.

Your boost is currently about 600 m-bar (after removing the standard 1000 m-bar of normal atmospheric pressure, which is about right for stock. With a good chip, the boost rises to 1500-1700 mbar which from my reading is about all the K03s is good for. More pressure creates more heat and is less efficient.

The boost starts to taper off after about 4000-5000 rpm which is pretty normal for the stock turbo.

The mods you have done don't make a huge difference with the stock ECU, do you plan to chip it any time soon?

Yes, the chip tuning will come soon (very soon I hope ).

Here's another graph - rolling start from 1st to 4th gear at full throttle
( rpm on right y-axis, mbar on left y-axis, time in seconds on x-axis )

        Interesting.

TBH, I think the best torque is from about 3000 rpm to 4500 rpm, you can see your boost is dropping of soon after each shift.

It will be a different beast after a chip... 6000rpm in 4th, must have been flying...

Right, that's what I'm thinking also - for best acceleration I should shift earlier, as the torque starts to drop after 5000rpm :

There's an example somewhere (on ross-tech website I think) - that makes a "shift point analysis" - by comparing acceleration values in each gear. Will try that to see what it shows.

Thats some solid boost, straight to 20 PSI at about 3700rpm then tapering down.

                Which tune are you running?

                  It's Revo stage 1.

And here's another graph with boost on gear shifting:

REVO tune seems to be quite aggressive with boost. Same with mine, peaks at 22.3psi briefly on recent dyno. And also seems to produce quite high power production at wheels. This is a good constructive thread, please keep it going. I have VAGCOM, just haven't had time with the car recently...
                    06 Polo GTI - REVO Stage 2 = 140kw @ wheels.
06 Golf GTI - Bluefin Stage 1 blacked out with ED30 theme, leather, xenon, etc.

Are you using a genuine cable?

You can do it on all Polos.
