i have to agree on that one. I don't know why they don't have reverse and fog on both. My last car (1989 e34 M5) had both. Now even with the Passat one side is fog and one side is reverse. Aside from it not being clear to others while you are reversing, it also gets quite hard to see when reversing in dark situations.

I wonder if it can be modified? I don't mean just with a change of colour of the light cover & globe, but also so that it's wired up properly to come on with the existing reverse light, (& hence rendering to rear foglight switch useless).MY16 MK7 Golf GTI

The air vents only working on your face or feet. On hot days I find myself constantly switching it between them both. Most other cars have a "both" setting.....
The key fob needs pressed twice to open passenger and boot. On a 2 door car this is a bit of overkill. I think you can get this altered, but why is it this way by default?
