verry cool video's!
to bad the wheels are rubbing, why don't you put 17" on it?
this might be better for circuit use?
currious about the testing...
if the problem is the IC, you need one that can flow more air.
try a Cupra D one or so, these can flow perfect 350Hp.
and it's a plug and play job
let us know the results

I did a test with a gauge (fuel line gauge) before the IC and (autometer turbo gauge) after the IC.
I had difference of 0,2bar. Now I don´t know if it could be a scale problem. The gauge I had used to test before the IC has a 10bar scale and it is for fuel line.
I couldn´t test the fuel line gauge after the IC because the connections are different.
The result is inconclusive… I will try to do the correct connection and test it later.
verry cool pictures mate!!
i love the rims and tyres, are those toyo R888's??
he just look high on his feet but it doenst mather as long as it proves itself :-p
are those 18" wheels??
so you have a forge IC and a GT28RS turbo?
i think i know what is going on...
Forge IC is more than good enough for the stock K03s, stock or even chipped.
it's even good for a K04-001 turbo.
but i don't think it can flow enough for the Garret you have? :-s
i could be wrong but i won't be surprised if this is the problem...
Here are some videos... nothing exciting, but it is possible to have an idea.
In the end of the day I did my best times…. But I was without camera battery.
In the first video the wheels´ bolts got loose, pay attention on the hammering noise. That noise came from the left front wheel. The movement makes the brake rotor move as well pushing the brake pads to the side, resulting in a car without brakes at 150km/h surrounded by slower cars… I almost sweated! hahahaa
The the wheels´ paint make the bolts loose the tight. Scary!

Sounds about right. I'd love to get a new cooler keeping most of the Forge Piping.
