Custom Code Reflash dyno result

Well i have been off air for a while, but now im back i have just had my car down the dyno so i thought i would post up my dyno sheet for all to see. I would have to say im over the moon with the result. Boost maxed at 17.5psi. This is the same place that the last Brisbane Dyno day was at. Please dont turn this into another one of those threads.

Yeah i talked with the dyno operator about that. He said it isnt anything to worry about but it could be tweaked. Ive talked to custom code so will see what they say.

It's hard to compare due to the slightly different scales, but your curve looks completely different to mine and my AFR is richer.

Yep sent the ecu to Gavin had it back in a couple of days. And i hope you wont need the popcorn but im guessing its inevitable.

Geez, you picked the perfect day (for this time of the year) to do the dyno on ..... cloudy, a bit rainy and COOL ..... AT of 26 degrees is great.

should have told a few of us, I want to do another run on a day like this and am sure Dave and Jon as well ..... we all would have been there ...

but excellent result mate, that curve is beautiful, smooth and progressive. Don't worry about the AFR its OK.

Yeah im not worried about the afr. Shootout mode should adjust for the external temp according to the dyno operator to give a consistent figure, but yes it was a good day.

Nice work my only problem or incling would be that the manufacturer is so far away ie for aftermarket support.

If you have a vagcom cable custom code has a little program where you can adjust the boost down from 100% to 70% which is roughly stock. But im not sure about a valet mode.

As for support he is only 1 night post away for anything and Gavin goes out of his way to help. for example i had the car on the dyno straight after the tuning was done. And for some reason the power was all over the shop, different readings for 6 different runs. 2 days later i had a Vag-com cable in the mail and was doing testing. When my clutch played up (slipped). With the new clutch in 3 runs were 2kw apart.

And as its a generic flash and been done on polos else where in the world im not worried.
