And just because theres isn't a function added to a bit doesn't mean it does something. Its clear some bytes represent different sections. This is very obvious in the headunits, for instance. Your theory also flies flat in the face of 'request out of range' errors that we were just discussing on the previous page. If every bit has a function, then why does enabling tear wiping cause an error on my BCM?
Do I say if a function isn't in VCDS it doesn't exist? No.
