Welcome to our world
Although if 17" is OK, there's a fair bit of stuff made for Subarus that can fit if you're willing to run spacers.Resident grumpy old fart

Nah I want 18" with big offset. I was looking at time attacks but doesn't look like that's gonna happen. My old s15 had 5x114.3 and so many options. I wish it was the same for the poloMY13 Polo GTI | 5 Door | Candy White | Sunroof & Bi-Xenon Factory Options

I should have said 17" or larger (try looking for 5/100 in 15")
Subarus run massive offset (in the 50's) so check for 18" wheels that suit WRX's.Resident grumpy old fart

Considered modifying wheels? If you can find a set of flat-backed wheels in the right offset like I did then you can make them work.
I'm re-building a set of 16x8's that were originally 5x114.3 but were flat-backed which allowed me to have them re-drilled to 5x100 without a hassle in the world, it's cheap too.

I thought by "big offset", you wanted a large offset value to minimise the change in scrub radiusResident grumpy old fart

What tyres are you running on those? Do you have problems clearing the guards during everyday driving.
I have stock gti rims on h&r 25/40 springs and thinking about getting 18x8 with 225/35R18 tyres all around.
At same time I don't want to be hitting the guards every minute on our cr#p roads.
Experiences from those with a similar setup?

I am completely useless when it comes to offsets and what not, I've tried to learn and when i think i understand i realise i don't. Anyway you all seem a lot more switched on then me curious to if a 17x7.5 rim with a 45+ offset would have any difficulties running on a 6r?

Original GTI rims are 17x7 46p half an inch wont be an issue at all. I reckon 17x7.5 35p would be ideal (the way im looking to go soon)
