Yours can't be far off shipping. I also got my VIN on 21/02.

Have you searched for VIN's in the same number range as yours to try and get some idea where it might be at?

I sure have....earlier run of vins in same range all went on Otello and nothing on Tirranna within the range I used (which was in line
with what had also gone out the week before.
otello would have been good for me cause it was only 38 day to Melbourne, Tirranna was 47....haha around the world cruise
maybe it's sitting there waiting for more Melbourne bound orders.....just gonna have to sit tight

hi im Drew my gti is already in brissy dock vw havent even told me it left port i advise to track on your own because they are hopeless ! black bixenon comfort ( hope im getting refund for comfort pack lol ) good luck guys

finally gti polo arrives at dealer today thanks to vw customer service for not even informing me it left the dock in germany as i asked to be informed as selling my car privately and needed time luckily i relied on posts in here and tracked myself wonder when vw aust are going to tell us all our cars are here seems they dont give a s#### about customer relations at all . now to run it in as per reviews on here hard and some hills and see how the oil issue goes good luck everyone getting their cars this week enjoy (black bixenon )

It appears that VGA haven't bothered to follow through with any of us lately, so much for that.

I've got my production slot! Week 17 which is 23rd April. Is it unreasonable to assume that it might land in Australia before the end of June? What's the rough timeline of a Polo GTI from build date onwards? 1 week build, 1 week at the German docks, 7 weeks on the boat, 1 week from AU docks to dealer and pick-up notification?

Sorry if this is written somewhere here already, I just don't have the time to investigate.

mine left germany around the 15 jan and arrived in dealer today if that helps ps dont rely on vw aust they are hopeless good luck

Tell me about it, after my car had already arrived in port kembla, VW aus sent me an email advising my car had just departed from Germany lol

Same story for me. Received the email with my VIN late Jan which advised that would soon be leaving Bremerhaven. I have tracked it myself and it is due to arrive in Fremantle on the Otello tomorrow. Haven't had any update on delivery form VWA since late Jan. Another mediocre performance by VWA!
