Finally my dashboard GTI button arrived today. Took close to 3 months to come from Germany.



Next week I am having it hooked up to my Actuator so i can turn it on and off from inside the car

Wouldn't it be a lot easier just to take the grill out and take the red lines off?

What have you done with your Polo so far (and today)

Ok all On!, apart from knocking noise in front right strut (ill see if it settles if not i guess i will have to check every thing is tight) they are awesome, ride is firm and alittle jumpy but no where near as bad as i thought it would be.

Coilovers are AP X, dropped 35 front and around 40 rear, yet still to settle so thats only an approximate
Wheels, genuine 17"x7.5" VW Ariettas, ET 38

And temporary plastidip atm just to see what i think of black

They are probably the hardest things to find, like ive said before the only set i know of in aus is these.
I will go take some more photos right now just to tease you gave (with a better camera)

yeah I get where ur coming from. doesn't look like a gti . but then I think stealth???....
I'm still 50/50 on the look. Maybe gold stripe and black vw badge. ??.

What about gold stripes and red badges? That's what I'd do.

Hey buddy that's not a problem, you can patch a wire from your parkers and then change the coding (terminal 15 on with ignition) which will illuminate the parking light circuit whenever the car is turned on.

This is what I did to get my DRL working when I did my Xenon headlight retrofit.

Update: R20 body kit arrives on the 23rd of March, hoping for it to be sprayed by Friday April the 5th/6th (due to the Easter long weekend I don't think I'll be able to get it done any sooner :/

Bought a bottle of Fuchs Titan Pro C3, nearly fell over at the price!!! $59!!!!
