What have you done with your Polo so far (and today)
Im thinking... green whole car and black rims and black emblems. but it will be heaps expensive ay? . what do u guys think.?
or I can stay with black car and emphasise the red .?
I'd stay black and emphasise the green. Lime green GTI details and wheels. Looks good but not overstated.

Anyone used the later charcoal grey colour on Denver rims? I'm keen to do this. That'll give me that gunmetal colour I was gunna spray in but this is a hell better option.
Hi folks, brand new on here, just looking for a wee bit advice for my polo 6r...
Looking to buy a set of wheels soon, and I'm opting for BBS CH-R in satin black. Thinking of 8x18 et 38 on the front, and possibly same on the back (maybe go for 8x18.5 at a push). However im unsure what size of rubber gives that nice streach. Thinking 215/35/18? Has anyone any experience of this fitment? Dont want too much of stretch as anyone that's ever driven in Scotland will know out roads are crap....
Also...
How much can I lower it on springs? What size of drop will get it sitting just nice? Seen a 30front and 45rear, will this get sitting just sweet??
I'll do a mini detail as I have optimum on the car so I can't go ape on it, but a good 5 days of clear weather is needed in order to get the job done right.

Having trouble finding the charcoal colour?
I plastidipped my old Denvers with Plastidip "Gunmetal". I then added "Glossifier" and it gave a really nice shine to it. Overall the outcome was a little more bluey than your typical Gunmetal colour, but refer to the new owner "kam" for photos.
If you can't find charcoal, you can ask (pretty sure) companies like Caswell Australia if they can mix up a colour for you.
They have been great each time I've purchased from them.

Cheers fastlane... I managed to find some pics and your right I was afraid they would be a little to blueish and that they are. Someone told me to go Gun metal and then throw a couple of coats of smoke on top to darken it up.
Place in the US dipyourcar.com apparently sells charcoal but I can't find it in the products section.
