Recon they'd look awesome on my grey vehicle.
Wheels are Bellini Bella HB 17'', and I'm planning to take them off again after one of my friends forgot to tell me he had some anthracite GTI replica's collecting dust just after I bought these..

      • First little, review after the weekend for the rear sway bar and rear engine mount bushing...

        /drool....

That is all... But in all honesty, the rear sway bar is worth its weight in gold, car handles alot better in the rear (kind of tested this on the way to work thismoring... not illegally of course >>), and thats only on the middle setting, not sure how big a difference it is up or down from that. And the bushing is started to "settle", theres much less vibration now and shifting is still nice and smooth.

Looks much better than countless scratches, smears and gouges thanks to prams, golf clubs or dead bodies...

yeh the red paintwork should cover any blood from the dead bodies.

              • One thing I discovered a few weeks ago.

When the car is turned off and you turn on the indicators (left or right) the park lights will turn on! So you can park your car next to the road, turn on the indicator and people will be able to see your car and not crash in to it

Just tossing up if I fit them now or wait till the APR sway bars are available and do them at the same time...

                      • If you haven't picked it up already, do yourself a favour and get the glass sealant too.

I went for a drive last night and it was absolutely chucking it down (seriously torrential)...everyone else with wipers going full pelt and I didn't even need them on.

                          • Speaking of detailing, what do people use to prevent the leather steering wheel from going all shiny over time... or to restore it back to it's original matte finish?

                              • Best use a specific leather conditioner and protectant, unfortunately you won't be able to stop the surface going shiny, the oils in your hands and constant rubbing burnish the surface but if you want to delay it, look at this sort of stuff:
