I also found that if you are NOT wearing your seat belt, the Park Brake will NOT disengage. Please confirm this?
this is correct if you engaged the auto park brake from the center near the gearshift - yellow light comes up. also as you say this will only engage if you have seat belt on.

but if you engaged the park brake from the dash- (to the right of key), car will not go until you release it. And you can only release this if you have your foot on the brake.

all these pesky safety features ..... big brother is really watching you in this car.

also you cant move the gear shift from neutral or park unless you have the brake on . i once bypassed this on a bmw ( there is a locking solenoid - needed a specific resitor to bypass). I was very naughty but it let me go from neutral at the lights to drive.
had a passat tdi. now mb c class.

Even without auto hold on, it is possible to engage the park brake with the button on the dash and then move off without disengaging it. The car does it automatically...

Yep - got everything except the auto-tailgate. I figured she has 2 arms that are perfectly good for that.

Sorry about not posting some pics yet. I will do so once I give her a good wash this coming weekend. BTW, a lot of reviews say that the ride is too firm, coming from a Liberty GTB, the ride is not as hard as the bilstein (my 2cent).

Finally took the plunge and have ordered my black R36 sedan (with satnav, roof and dynaudio). Specifically requested an 09 build model so have a long wait ahead for it to arrive.

After plenty of procrastination I had a real sense of satisfaction about my decision.

I think this car is clearly the best value sports / family sedan on the market!

As has been said before, "I excited"!!!

Nice mate - going to be a tow-car for the GTRs??

The wait has been long for the R36, but I bet it feels even more so for your R35?
Are you planning an all-out assault on the R35, or will it be a "daily driver"?
Your R34 is an absolute ball-tearer....I remember seeing it at Vic Dutton once - insane!!

We're waiting nearly a year for our GTR and it sucks

They screwed us about when it came to placing an order... after trying to place an order for six months without success because "Nissan aren't allowing us to take orders yet" they finally let me order one... but "there's other cars we've taken orders for over the past six months that are in the queue before yours!"

                            Hmph.

It's expected "some time between May and August" at last update.
