Interesting that I was actually in the suburb of the sender last week lol. So you'd recommend the 3 led bulbs for the interior? Did you use the 6 led bulbs on the number plate lights also?
Cheers
Simon
2008 VRS Wagon. Yellow, very yellow!
Forever blowing bubbles.

Yeah I used the 6SMD bulbs for the interior and the numberplate lights.
I would reccomend the 3's as the 6 is actually very bright, especially when you have 2 in the back map lights and are planning LED's in the front map lights too.
Bit of an update.
I have purchased the front map light led's off ebay so they should be here next week (actually probably the week after since easter will be upon us)
Also 99% certain of the new wheels I am going for so the currnet ones will be up for sale if anyone wants them.
No details on the new wheels though until i get them delivered.

Thanks for the kind words.
I really do love the Tiguan as a vehicle, it does everything i need it to and i have no problem singing it's praises.
Our little SE-QLD community is growing and it's good to see.
Flashed a grey tiguan owner on the road today adn he waved back which was nice.
Hubcentric rings are being shipped today and the wheels are meant to arrive in a week but easter may push it back to 2 weeks.
Hi Team V Could you provide the URL for the LED seller of the bulbs you purchased. There are so many on ebay I am unsure of which to use, some are HK and many are US mainland sellers. Some of them also indicate that the LED's are error free and I am unsure of what this means in the context of the Tiguan if you know the answer to this would be grateful. Hope to see your wheels some day on my travels to BrisVegas.
Not sure where team_v got his from, but I got mine from EnK Mall via fleabay. They were cheaper than the Blesk ones and so far seem fine.
No error codes thrown - I have them in front parkers and rear number plate lights.
