much more raspy, noise is good for me, I’m used to a loud exhaust so this sounds good but it does have a bit of drone, i hardly notice though since i have the music always on 😂

Yeah I find that the cold start/first few km are a bit raspy but once it warms up the sound isn't too bad. It's just that it sounds pretty ****ty when my wife drives off I'm thinking of putting in a centre hotdog res just to reduce the rasp.

Nice. I quite like these. Thinking of possibly changing tips too to something that tapers into the exhaust at the back rather than the stock Mk7 tips which are effectively just chrome covers.

Has anyone fitted the Golf R exhaust but kept the tips hidden and turned down behind the bumper. If so any pics of this setup under the car?

Perhaps sell it to the Golf R boys as a resonator delete pipe. They can cut off the rear suitcase and all they need is a clamp to fit it.

stone exhaust have a full downpipe and exhaust system for the tiguan, but it'll set you back a pretty penny

Total speculation but I reckon it'd be doable. Considering the Tig R version has what appears to be a Golf R exhaust.

Your biggest challenge might be removing those fake exhausts!

Have you got a pic of the underside of the car? A look at the stock muffler and the space it sits in will be useful
