Tiguan Exhaust

Looks like there are aftermarket exhausts starting to come out for the Tiguan, albeit in Germany at the moment and they only appear to have one for the TDI engine. Hopefully more local options (and not so expensive) will be available soon along with TSI options:

I have been meaning to have a look under the rear of my car to see if the fake chrome outlets would unclip from the rear bumper easily enough. If they can then an exhaust system similar to the one above could look quite good.

Yeah, would be interesting to see what options you've got with the R-Line trim on the rear bumper.
I'll be pulling mine off to fit the tow bar anyway.. could do an exhaust at the some time :p

I must admit, the quad pipes look very nice.

Personally, I like my "plain" 162 TSI with no badges, no pipes, just heaps of grunt under the bonnet. The ultimate "Q" car.

Have a couple of 140mm oval tips on order, and car booked in at a local exhaust shop early next year to remove fakes and re-route the tailpipes.

I'm seriously considering going down a similar route.

I think a couple of nice ovals poking out would look good. I don't mind the Golf R quad tips, however I think a couple of larger ovals would suit better (less fussy).
