i got the Luggage Compartment Loadliner, but prefer the liner or tray

hmmm wonder if i can just go to any dealership and swap it over

the dealership i picked up car from is an hours drive away, but i have plenty of dealerships closer to me, wonder if they would do a swap

its decent and worth about $300 i think as a genuine accessory
only problem is, it doesnt sit in the boot flush, and seems to waste alot of space, and id prefer the luggage compartment tray / liner (cant tell the difference)
any1 here want to do a swap? or know if i can sell this and get something more useful?

Thanks! Personally I’m not a great fan of stick-on stuff...sometimes it cheapens the overall style. I was happy to put the fender trims on because they would be reasonably easy to remove if I didn’t like the look or quality. They also resemble the intended style of the designer...hopefully without diminishing the R-Line name and prestige for those who spent the extra $4k on the pack. 😁

I decided to go for the plain one instead of the 4Motion branded one shown in an earlier post.

Also couldn't resist buying a VW logo for my toolbox... More of a man-cave thing and unlikely a single tool in that box will be used on this car

Did you do it thru a dealer or order it online?
Do you mind telling me how much fitted?
After your pictures, and others online, my wife is very keen on them.

The aero side appears to work well as well, considering the way it sticks to the ceiling! [emoji28]

    Thanks for the info.
Have seen them advertised online, but most are for the US market and the XL long wheelbase model.

    Are they worth the effort?

I enquired with my dealership but like a lot of things, they are not available here in AUS. Not sure about any third party mechanic, maybe ebay.

I’m not going to use it or replace everything. The chrome is also on the headlights so even if I replace the grill part you will see a difference with the headlights.
    It’s a bummer, but I think I will survive the 16 euro’s .
I will leave it like this, i’m getting used to it I must say and the car is just awesome.
