Just curious what is the difference between having a pedalbox and using the Sports mode. I tested the sports mode and the response was so much better compare to the Normal and comfort mode which you can feel the lag. I have to say I'm loving the sports mode. What benefit would the pedalbox provide if we set to sports mode?

I removed the pedalbox from our A4 before selling it. But ive used it on a few cars and it's the best bang for buck mod.Originally posted by veew View PostHow are you finding the Pedalbox? Autoinstruct ran out and I don't think they're getting anymore from the supplier. Where did you get yours?
DBW has that dredded lag off the line. Most modern cars suffer from this. Feels so much more responsive with the pedalbox.

Hi all,
Speaking of accessories, I got a whole bunch of stuff from VW. They all come with installation instructions. Took about 1 hr to install them all.

With the Weathershields, the window needs to be assisted into position the first time and left there for 24-48 hrs so that everything around it mounds into place. In most cases, the window will keep bouncing back down as even the slightest obstruction will cause it to retract.
Apart from these, the car also has:
Window tints
DTE Pedalbox
Full front end PPF along with door cups and boot lip protection.
Boot lining

HaHa Just having I little fun mate, hope you don't mind.Originally posted by DoggiesUtd View PostDodgieUTD haha
not sure if typo or dissing me? haha
thanks for the prices, they gave me the stupid big tub liner, which i dont like, i actually took it out of the car, but apparently retails for $300+
would rather get the matts / compartment liner
Have you ask the dealer if you can swap? No point having it outside the car taking up space. Ask if you can swap for the boot tray (i don't like the liner but that's just personal choice) plus may be the rubber mats or at least the rear rubber mats. Otherwise you might be able to use it as a kids sand box

I've got the luggage tray and the rubber floor mats and I'm very glad I got them. below are the prices listed in my contract but I bargain hard and I got them for free. That's back in Nov 2016 though.
Front Rubber Mats - $104.50
Rear Rubber Mats - $81.40
Luggage Tray - $166.10 (Note: this is not the compartment liner that is made of foam nor the big load liner)

I would have loved to see all three in the flesh before making my choice. Three different Dealers could hardly be bothered to lookup the part number, let alone show me.Originally posted by sVWatt View PostGood feedback guys. I like the roll up liner one - middle image.

Check-out e-bay for fitted boot liners before you go to the dealer (Watch out for the US and Tiguan L long wheelbase versions as the won’t fit).
Do as I say, not as I do. I regret buying the genuine one I have.

RTFM. Ha, ha!Originally posted by DoggiesUtd View PostI have not even tried to put boot down yet
How do u do it? Lol
R u in sydney
Wana swap? Haha
Dealership told me its worth $300-400
Havent researched enough to see if true
Just lift and slide the floor right out... then slide it back into the lower track.
I actually like the flat loading (top level) so I’m less likely to drag the pushchair across the boot lip and trash that. Thanks for the offer but I’ve come full circle and will stick with this one.
It’s worth $50 but dealers will have you believe $400, but because you’re their mate $300 is a gift.

I have not even tried to put boot down yetOriginally posted by spacemannz View PostI suspect that one fits best when the adjustable floor is at the lower setting.
I got option 01 “Luggage Compartment Tray”.
Fits flush, looks good, but tends to creep out over the boot latch when I’m unloading stuff. Then the boot doesn’t close. A pain in the ass, particularly if my hands are full, and tricky to slide back in place when there is gear on it.
Was considering swapping it for the 03 type you have. 🤣

the dealership i picked up car from is an hougrs drive away, but i have plenty of dealerships closer to me, wonder if they would do a swap
