Wow those rims look awesome. High quality product for sure. The finish is unbelievable.
What’s your opinion on these Stance wheels?
The way you have to look at is this. The OEM wheels on your car likely come out of a brand name wheel factory (BBS, Ronal, Borbet, etc). Enkei manufacture a lot of OEM wheels for Japanese cars. My thoughts on wheels is that you need to at least put wheels on that are the same level of quality that you have on your car from factory or better.
All the cheap "copy" wheels advertised on ebay or through places like Ozzy, Tempe, Autocraze, etc are just that - cheap copies. You'll make your car look cheaper than stock. It will likely be heavier due to being a cheaper cast wheel which need more material to give the same strength (or won't be as strong).
The way to make a light wheel is to manufacture using a forged, semi-forged of flow formed process. This process is not cheap but it does make strong, light wheels. If you just cast a wheel you'll get imperfections in the casting which reduce the strength of the wheel and mean that you need to make it thicker (and heavier) to give the same strength.
Also don't be taken in by big discounts. More than likely the discounted price is the usual price and they would never sell the wheel at the "before" price. It's just marketing to hook you in. They would never have been able to sell these for $900 a rim as you'd have bought Dutch's OZ Racing wheels otherwise.
Lovely wheels! I’m a fan of the matte finish (glossy not so much)
Exactly what tigger said.
There are decent reps out there (at the end of the day there can only be so many decent original designs out there), but they won't usually be sold by the dodgy discounters.
I was looking for a gloss finish on these OZ as the black pack on the car is a gloss finish so I'm keeping that theme going. In other circumstances I would definitely opt for a matte look. To borrow a pun for today, horses for courses.

Love those wheels and how low is that car? It looked like a station wagon from photos.....
The answer is way too low to drive on the road but fortunately as it’s air suspension it can be raised for when not taking photos or posing.
The problem with doing this legally in Australia is that it’s very expensive to get this properly engineered.
I believe a lot of these cars that are lowered notch the chassis rails to get the required clearance which is a big no-no in terms of the structure of the car.
I’ll see if I can dig up the specs on the rims.
Also note that because the wheels actually disappear into the wheel wells they have to sit inside the guards as opposed to others which just rest the guard down on the lip of the rim and stretch the tyres to the max to pull them inside the guards.
