Easy pick up this morning. The Mrs loves it which is great. First time I've seen her excited about a car which was nice! It's a great drive and very well designed. I really think it's the perfect choice in this price bracket.

I agree for the price point it has great looks and unreal tech! You will need another $10-20k more to reach the similar spec for the other Euro brands like Audi, BMW & Merc.....

Had a grey wolfsburg on contract but the dealer has sold the car while we were waiting for finance approval. He advised they were reallocating another car to us but it was still at the port. Apparently it is going to their "pre-delivery team" mid next week but has not committed to a delivery date beyond that. Anyone know how long that process normally takes? Worried about missing out on the 5 year warranty deal because I assume the original contract will need to be redone because it has the vin and other details from the original car.Comment

You should ask your dealer for the COM (Commission) number, VIN & ship name (if in transit).....
Mine is on Thalatta & a few other forum member cars are on Oberon.

Called the dealer and got the VIN and COM. He is chasing the ship.
VIN isn't showing up on the tracking website yet. Damn it. I was hoping it was on the way already having ordered in early October.Comment

The WWL website has disabled the function to track cars (based on the VIN) so we are reliant on VW to advise us the ship. However the COM printout should give you the date the car is delivered to Hamburg port for shipping. From there you can guess the next ship it will be loaded on.Originally posted by Tob35 View Post
