It is currently at the dealer. Going to lose my ****e if it's not ready to pick up this week.

Is that a 2019 built? I would say it near impossible to get a 2019 built Tiguan already on our shores??

Received my Tig today, build is from Dec 2018, but it definitely has the new Gen2 active info display. All the manuals are 11.2018 edition. No clue what is different or the same.

Very happy. Time to see if I need to use VCDS to turn on traffic alerts, and other things. Does everyone see Traffic button with TMC crossed out?

I had a call today to say ours will arrive in town tomorrow direct from the dock in Sydney. They expect to have it ready by Monday or Tuesday next week.

It’s definitely an MY19, I am not too sure if it’s 2019 build though, we will find out (apparently it’s only just arrived?)

Once I find out more I’ll share here.

I ordered my black Wolfsburg with sunroof early this month. It arrived in aus last week and should be ready in a week or two. Seems like I got lucky compared to some of you. Looks like they’ve also been taken off the VW website

Actually all Wolfies are built in 2018 only as there’s only 2 build cycles starting mid-late last year.

Jy, I think you were lucky a black Wolfie on a boat was unsold so got allocated to you (a few dealers stated this fact) and both white & grey were sold out.

Got my autogenerated email today saying that my Tiguan has now been built and the next stage is shipping. Hopefully the system tells me details of the ship so I can track progress. 😀
