    Could have stuck with my original order and it would have been an MY18, if it'd stuck to its timeline would have been built by now and probably about to leave Germany, tentative delivery was Sept, but wasn't prepared to wait that long. The new infotainment system looks flashy but I'm happy with the decision with an MY17 and getting it earlier.

      U should have it anytime now, and it looks like u will be able to upgrade the TJA soon, with the guys on this forum will be able to code soon.

        Hey eyes. Do you mean the upgrade of the TJA will be available from vw soon?

          I think the guys on the forum will figure it out before vwa will decide to upgrade it for my17. Who knows if a lot of my17 ,people keep at VWA, they may do it. Someone in New Zealand had it upgraded today, it was just a software update. I think they are going to scan it and post on forum.

                Congrats. The wait will soon be over. Give us a reportfirstly while the endorphins are high, and then when they are back to normal

                The Melbourne docks seem to be more efficient than Port Kembla. Mine is still sitting there. Not that is makes much difference to me. I still have another month and a half before I can touch the new car.

                  Yeah got off the phone and thought why didn't I ask for it earlier ?? It's been this long and the end is in sight so I can wait.

                  Chatting with the dealer and they were keen to have it done by the end of the month for various reasons/incentives so I'm sure those with cars on the Morning Celesta will have a strong chance for a July delivery for the same reasons. Just need the customs guys north of the border to extract a digit and get moving

                  Now the big challenge is ALG and TJA enabled by VWA, working on this one as well.

                        ALG is an easy mod with OBDeleven on MY17. Widely available on this forum and elsewhere. TJA has been confirmed just a software update as well. There is a thread about it just under this thread.

                          Interesting one of the members on here had his Tig delivered with ALG enabled, will dig around to see who it was, from memory it was one of the NSW guys, maybe Gladbach, Latearrival or Delewin??

                            Congratulations - how exciting. Thankfully it was a quick process from the wharf to the dealer. Look forward to reading your impressions. Mine arrived the day after the Morning Celesta on the Otello, so I'm hoping for the same call early next week. Given you're in SE Melbourne, we may have purchased from the same dealer.
