I'll take some photos tomorrow. I was too overwhelmed when I was at the dealership and it's dark now! I took one photo at the dealership but it didn't come out very well, and that was when the dealer walked over and started going over the car with me. Trust me, I know how important photos are for a fix, so I'll deliver soon!
I had an enjoyable (long) drive home. Penrith to Dee Why for those in Sydney (Chocolate_Bear will know that distance as he lives in the same area as me). A lot of the drive was on the motorway where I was using ACC. I have to say, ACC makes freeway driving so much more pleasant. Also had some stop start traffic, and again the ACC was awesome.
I'll check back in soon once I've done some more driving over the weekend. There is so much tech in this car, and even after 6 months of forum dwelling there's still things I wasn't aware of. I'll share all of that with you soon, just to keep you hanging

I'm going to get black slim lines , and ordered bumper plugs from USA. I don't like the front mount.

1. Not as quick as the Golf GTI but that is to be expected on a bigger car.
2. Technology is awesome and everything just works and makes sense. App Connect works really well and works first time every time.
3. Active info display is sharp and quite easy to read - worth the extra money and the DAP should be something everyone should have.
4. Navigation takes a long time to boot up - maybe in the next firmware update it might be a bit quicker.
5. Car handles really well and you don't feel like you are in an SUV.
6. Have had no problems with the easy open boot. Works first time every time (just find the middle and kick your leg forward once you have kicked it, take a step back).
7. Going over speed humps you can still feel most of it (probably cause it is sitting on 20 inch wheels).
8. LED lights around the sunroof looks stunning and so does all the other ambient lighting.
9. Those with kids, I have fitted 2 baby seats in the back next to each other with ease (behind the driver and one in the middle).
10. Fuel economy not as good as I expected but that will improve as the engine wears in and I do a bit of freeway driving.
11. Found there was a function/display that shows you the amount of G force. It's really cool when you go around corners and watch it rise.
Will touch base again when I get a better drive in it.
