Great choice of tyre there!
I run Goodyear F1 Asymmetric 5’s on my Passat and Goodyear F1 Asymmetric 3's on my Superb (both in 245/40R19).
Both have been exceptional thus far!
Superpro are based in Brisbane, I believe they are running behind in manufacturing at the moment...
Yes I’ve run the Goodyear F1A2’s previously and they were a very good tyre. High levels of performance for a street tyre and very good wear. I think I got 35,000km from the set from memory.
I’ve been told that the Superpro bits should be shipped out in a week or so.
Had some new tyres fitted today.
I had put 41,000km on the Pirelli Scorpion Verdes and they still had some life left
That's good to hear Tiggy
I was hoping for 40-50k out of a set of tyres (I have the Verdes as well) but reading about people getting 25-30k on a set of tyres was getting me a but worried that the 20" tyres were an expense I hadn't considered before optioning the R-Line.
In the end, Covid has saved me a bunch on running costs so I don't feel so bad anymore, but it looks promising that 40-45k on a set is achieveable.

My Pirelli Scorpion Verde are 235/45R20 so not exactly same spec as on the Rline but I think you should be able to get similar mileage from them.
I know quite a few people with Continentals have only got 20-25k from a set. It’s just luck of the draw which get fitted to your car at the factory.
Yes I’ve got Eibach Prokit springs and that improved things but keen to get the sway bar fitted up to limit the body roll/reduce the under steer.

Yesss!!! Look forward to hearing your feedback!
Current:
2017 Mk2 Tiguan 162TSI, R-line, White
2020 Mk7.5 Golf R Wagon, White
Sway bar installed. Went for a quick run around the block and retightened the bolts. Certainly corners a lot flatter and initial impressions is that there’s significantly less understeer which is nice.

That sounds awesome! I'm going to need to pull my finger out and just do it.

Yeah I haven't been for a run through the hills yet but just on the streets it feels a lot tighter. Really looking forward to testing out the new sway bar and tyres. For the $ it's a pretty big change in the handling of the car.
