MY18.5 or MY19 - Difference ? Should I Wait ?

I don’t think the dealers have pricing for the MY19 (although they do have specs I believe).

If you were placing an order it would have to be for something that is already built as cars on manufacture now would be MY19 spec.

You would just have to find a dealer that was willing to take an order with a fixed price and suck up the difference if the price does go up a little.

People have ordered MY19 cars with Dynaudio.

You have ordered a MY18.5 fully loaded right? Stick with that, unless you want Dynaudio and/or electric pax seat. Personally, I sit in the drivers seat! MY19 engine the same etc.....

It would take more than what's on offer in the MY19 for me to have canceled my MY18.5 order.............those who haven't ordered....wait for sure, although expect price increase.

Incidently, my MY19 Tig wishlist was: Updated engine, Elec. pax seat, heated rear seats, vented front seats, full size spare, DAB+, heated steering wheel, wireless charging and wireless APP connect (CarPlay/Auto).

Nah, mine is just Highline with DAP - so the (likely) MY19 changes would be worthwhile. Unfortunately, I could not stretch to Rline without commencing divorce proceedings.

I agree there is a reasonable chance of price increase.

How do people cancel the agreement without being liable for the full purchase price ?

The way I read the agreement, you are liable for the full price in the agreement not just the deposit

They won’t hold you to the full purchase price, you’ll just lose your deposit unless you can negotiate your way out of it.

Almost. I have ordered an MY18.5 and after the MY19 specs changes were released, I got a quote for an MY19 to see if I should change my original order, which I have not yet done due to the price increase.

As few are providing MY19 pricing at present, the MY19 price is a premium over the MY18.5

The other option on the list is sunroof but yes this is my best guess at MY19 5 door Tig specs will line up with Allspace. There could be some minor spec differences given that they are coming from different factories but until we get the official specs released this is a pretty good guide.

And yes the problem with these sorts of threads is that some important content ends up getting buried in the middle of the thread once discussion moves on and it's hard to find later. Nice one on the link to the brochure as I hate having to enter email addresses in just to get the download
