Oh no, that is heart breaking. There is a member in melbourne has the folding mirrors successfully retro fitted. Ouch!!! That won't be cheap to replaced. from what i read its about $1300 for the conversion which will be more than a straight replacement. However, it would be a better solution and so much cooler and more practical. Yeah, I've managed to re-assemble it for now and it's holding together but it won't take much to knock it apart again so perhaps I should just pony up the $$ and do it.

Drivers Assist Package question?
I have a MY16 Golf R-Line 110tsi with the Driver Assist Package, and from what I understand that package includes lane assist. According to my owners manual I should be able to activate or deactivate it via the driver assist menu in the car. The problem is that I can't find a menu or sub menu with lane assist anywhere.
Could anyone with the same package let me know if you can see it in your in car menu's?

Drivers Assist Package question?
No lane assist in Australian Golfs. The camera needed for this to work is not present behind the rear view mirror. Only rain sensor.

Passat has it! Have had it for a while, was part of the package with HID lights. Was really disappointed when I found out the Golf wasn't going to get it
