I'd say no, only because I believe the B7 RS4 only came with 19s in the seven split spoke (some markets got a five spoke 18 inch version as an option).

However that design is certainly the same in 18 inch versions for the S4, and combined with the fact this car was ex Germany where the guys tend not to cheap skate to reps I suspect that's what theyll be.

I hadn't seen that one before - most of the coatings by people on the Mk7 have been in a matte finish.

This thread is a great supporter of aftermarket work on the R's oval tips which don't seem to make much sense - a move back towards circular is a nice fix.

Or you can always go premium with carbon fibred Akrapovic:
