If you are referring to #4 they should be a CI-R style wheel which is priced almost lineball with the CH-Rs; alternately you can get a similar design in the much cheaper (but heavier) SR - originally a winter wheel but a lot of people now seem to be using it as a lower entry point to BBS.
If you are referring to #5 then they would be a Super RS style wheel.
All come in VAG friendly fitments - whether that's 'sensible' or 'stance'.
Not specifically off the top of my head - here are a few from earlier in the thread, albeit at 18 x 9.5 ET40 and 19 x 9.5 ET40 so close enough:
No doubt something that extreme will require a fair bit of work with dubious legality.. although there are wide body kits for the rear of the Golf which might help with such a project - not for the in-experienced in any case!
