I'm still waiting on our Golf R 7.5 Manual in Indium Grey.

Originally we placed the order in August and the delivery date was expected to be end of December (boo). A few weeks afterwards they brought the date forward to the end of October (yay). Now we've just found out it's been pushed back again to around middle of November.

The waiting continues!!!

Picked up my MY18 Golf GTI mk7.5 yesterday morning!
opt for DAP and infotainment package!
Placed my order end of June, arrived Melb 12/10, ready for pick up 24/10, but I end up picking up 27/10.
Had a dual dash cam installed as well =)
Waiting for my schedule with Dan for paint correction and protection in a few weeks!!!
Love the red contrasting with the indium grey! (my other colour choice prob iron blue if not grey )

I do like the contrast between the red trim and the grey bodywork on GTIs, and it seems to work well with white GTIs too.

I did some research, funny my dealer happened to change to this brand's dash, they initially offered me a price I think a bit high so didn't take it (that was back in August), then I found out there's an updated model of that dash came out this month, so I enquire about it and offer them a price (incl memory card upgrade, with installation to the fuse box pre-delivery) =) Prob ended up only so slightly more than if I sort it afterwards. Not trusting myself to deal with the fuse box so would have to pay someone to install anyway =P PLUS convenience to have dealer fitted in and have it ready to use when I picked up.

I got the Blackvue DR750S-2CH 128gb card, magic power pro kit, and installed to fuse board. Not a cheap one but I wanted a dual cam system with park mode .

Yea, was surprised when they called me last week around Friday to organize pick up time lol
Wasn't expecting that quick as I saw people seem to have to wait around 2 weeks. I delayed pick up cuz I was selling my Honda Jazz and waiting for some cash to get in my hands.

I am debating whether to get that euro plate holder out or not.......ummmm

I was thinking of doing the booking earlier but then wasn't sure when I will get the GTI back then.....and by the time I book, already Dec schedule! Hahaha
Which paint protection are you planning to get? Opti-coat pro?
