Does make sense, and have noticed the same.

I noticed once there wasn't many soon after startup, but they increased once the operating temp was reached. There's obviously a very different fuel profile for a cold motor - maybe that save the overdosing for when the thing's warm. Might make sense ?

When reversing with the discover pro unit do the lane guide lines move with the steering wheel when you turn it on the Wolfsburg?

Ok, that's what I thought.. was hoping the Wolfie had it as I know the R didn't when I test drove it.

Anyone one else have blind spot assist just stop working? Noticed last night they were not coming on and option disabled in the settings. When I try to re enable it I get an error "function not available".
Looks like I may need to take the car back to the dealership.

Hi, I'm about to get APR/Racingline stage 1 for 7.5R. I am thoroughly enjoying the mild crackles/burbles on overun/downshift and am worried these might disappear with the tune (as it is likely software based). Has anyone had it done on the 7.5R and can tell me if they are still there or not?

Exhaust Burble Problems

Love the exhaust burbles on overrun (7.5R) but notice burbles disappear then reappear (car is always in race/sport mode).

Got car back from dealer who put car in individual mode and immediately noticed burbles in sport mode which wasn't there for a while prior. When switching back to race they seem to stay around the disappear after a while. Putting it back to individual seems to 'reset' things.

Thoughts?


I've noticed that each time you restart the car they disappear unless you manually select the mode again (even if the dash says you are still in race). Each time I start the car I reselect race or individual to make sure they are there.

I’ve just noticed a line across the discover pro screen. Looks like a split not a pixel line. Anyone noticed on their unit this happening?

I was going to refer you tot he thread in the Tiguan forum about the discover pro cracks but I see you've already found it. Not great and seems to be becoming a bigger isssue. It will be interesting to find out what the cause is.

Yep. Found it after posting it here. I really don’t want the dealer to start opening up the car. Last VW they stuffed it up opening the head unit etc etc. broke clips. Scratches to the console
