When the car is build get vin number , then u can track it. Did u ask for build week?

Dec delivery for me at this stage. Wolfsburg hatch no sunroof. Delay from the supllier of the media system apparently.

That agrees with what my dealer told me. Some Wolfsburgs will arrive in August as originally planned, others will be delayed (Dec or later ?) due to suppliers unable to keep up with demand for display units. IIRC VAG use the same units in Audis as well.

Saw the R in the flesh yesterday. Wow, what a beautiful piece of machinery. The changes are subtle but hit all of the right notes! I actually liked the new blue and I am even considering it over white now. Plus the Spielberg wheels look so much better to me now having seen them in the flesh. The price quoted was 63000 driveaway with DAP optioned. Guessing you could probably get that just below 60k if you are patient. Pushed the dealership pretty hard on the Dynaudio. They wouldn't commit to it being available or not. The dealer agreed it would be ridiculous for it to not be available on the R and said to wait until the configurator was updated to confirm for certain whether it would be an option at launch or not, but couldn't tell me when that would be. They have committed to trying to find out and getting back to me - we will see..

I'm interested if anyone who has ordered their 7.5 R in the last month if they have a COMM number or a confirmed delivery date. My dealer has no info and is chasing/waiting on VW confirmation which apparently will happen on the 8 Aug.

I heard this too. I have ordered a Wolfsburg Wagon.
Apparently a bulletin was received yesterday that due to demand in Europe they won't know any vehicle delivery date until 8th August, Australia wide.
They now don't know if vehicles will start arriving end Aug or later.

Yep, I've had something similar. I've like to know how New Zealand get their cars earlier than we do (they're an even smaller market than we are) Can any NZ-ers confirm their deliveries or am I barking up the wrong tree?

There seems to be a few of us who think the Great Dynaudio Delete Debacle of 2017 exists solely due to the existence of the Wolfsburg edition, especially as it's available on --every-- other model. IMHO, as soon as the "Wolfies" run dry, Dynaudio will suddenly appear on the Rs option list.
