    @clinton: Hi.

    Hmm......... if the ONLY error-message on the car is P030000 - then it means that there must be a failure in a component that ONLY affects cylinder 4! This greatly limits the possible causes that might otherwise cause random misfires across all cylinders. Spark-plug/injector/valves/piston-equipment specifically for cylinder 4 are the obvious places to look!!!

      If you replaced spark plugs and ignition coils recently with good quality items then given your car has 180,000km on it, the next logical place to look will be dirty injectors and/or carbon buildup on the inlet valves and injector tips.

      You might see some improvement from running some good quality injector cleaner through the fuel tank, but this will only be a temporary fix as the injectors will need to be manually removed and cleaned properly as well as the inlet valves.
