Hmm......... if the ONLY error-message on the car is P030000 - then it means that there must be a failure in a component that ONLY affects cylinder 4! This greatly limits the possible causes that might otherwise cause random misfires across all cylinders. Spark-plug/injector/valves/piston-equipment...
