Looks nice but you'd want to get it for under $45K, considering the private listings for that sort of money on Carsales and risk of auction buying. First time I've seen an 'R' listed - have only noticed a couple of GTI's before.

What do you guys think about the leather seats? or would the fabric be just ok? I've never had leather seats before so i'm not sure what to look for (pros/cons)

This is the first car I have had leather on. I was worried about them being burning hot in summer and asked around those acquaintances of mine that had leather and all said it was ok.

So this summer I bought a internal windscreen shield to stop the sum coming in through the windshield when parked, I have aftermarket tint (16%) and had no problems with heat at all.

Easier to keep clean, just wipe up. Looks classy.

Would get leather again even though they are expensive.
