Golf GTI Adidas - Limited Edition Coming To Australia
a) GTI is a handsome car. Its so far from ugly, It could sleep with a YARIS and still have good looking children.
b) all this coming from an owner of what might be one of the ugliest cars in the decade worth over $20K.. the polo gti. Sorry dude, but definitely not feeling the last model - at all.
c) The Box. Back in it.
Well that's how I think it's an ugly car... If it's uglier than a 9N3 Polo GTI, then by **** it's ugly... Totally agree about the last model in the 6R Polo though... It's almost as ugly as the Mk6 Golf...

I just don't see who would buy this car... Adidas isn't related to cars at all, it is an apparel brand. Having adidas sign all over my car means nothing.
There is absolutely nothing special in terms of performance or added features of this car over the standard gti, for the pirelli, it has a different engine and turbo, plus pirelli is a car related product brand.
Everything about this car is just tacky, the gear knob is the worst imo
This car is really just suited to those who is in love with adidas, because seriously there is no reason to pay the same price for adidas cloth, when you can get leather.
Hey.... Xenons with LED DRL's, LED Tail lights, metal door sill scuff plates (bwhaha, all you stock GTI owners are jealous aren't you!), more interesting and unique wheels, golf-ball-style DSG shifter.... seriously... what's not to like?!

I totally agree with you. Though I can somehow see a lot of these selling in Melbourne, and western Sydney
Adidas isn't even that crash hot of a brand. Now, if it was a "Hugo Boss" edition, or something it would get more respect from me. Italian handstiched leather seats, instead of "new car smell", it smelled like "Boss" etc.
My car: MY18 Arteon
My car #2: MY22 Volvo XC40 Pure Electric
Her car: MY22 Skoda Octavia Limited Edition Wagon
What are the odds that VW will release a 'hot' version of the GTi (as opposed to a dressed up one) to keep sales moving along when the MkVII is just around the corner?

The WHOLE of Melbourne? And I thought the capital of Queensland was known as BrisVegas for its sense of style...

I'd be happy with a GTI that had Xenon's & LED tails as stock - the wheels aren't too bad & I'd probabaly change them... but OMG those seats are an epic bogantastic FAIL - I can't believe a GTI interior could look so bad!
