This really isn't the place - and it's been discussed ad nauseum before in other threads, but if a rattle and newer is the only thing you've got then I think you need to take another look.
I'm glad that you haven't had any issues with your Pirelli, and most people won't. But you're fooling yourself if you think that the MKV was issues free, as it was famous for it's cabin rattles, and also had various mechanical issues was affected multiple customers.
I had no issues with my MKV GTI either. But the MK6 is still better in many ways, whereas thus far I can't say it's worse in any ways.

), but the MK6 has been improved all over the place in such a way that it has won hundreds of awards around the world. The MKV was great, and I have no regrets about owning one. But the MK6 is better. Would I have purchased a MK6 if I still have my MKV, no, as the MKV was already and awesome car. But since I don't have it anymore, there's no reason to not obtain the more superior car
. Agree the stock RCD510 does look pov in the MK5's.
