Tell me about it! And what really sucks is that ive been up since 4am doing stocktake at work,and I know I should be asleep. I would post up pics tomorrow,but I really want to fit all the bit n pieces I've collected over the 5 months I've waited for it to get here.

Lol... no problems mate. And yes, having a turbo can make a big difference to how you change gears!

ETA has been pushed back again due to waiting for parts.
They couldn't tell me which part was holding it up...
Order in Mid March ETA as initally Early AUG ---> Early November ---> Now Dec 5th 2011...

Did you order RVC by any chance for ur R? If you did, then i suspect that might be delaying ur car.

The dealer I bought my car from said they have been asked to cross out the factory option RVC for now. Dealer is offering the aftermarket camera that takes the spot of one of the number plate lights. They don't know when again they will offer the optioned RVC in the short term.

feels ur pain, dude. I didn't order RVC and I plan to push my dealer to add it on, but now may i hold it up as i don't want any delay to pick up my R.

Wonder why my dealer did not say anything like that! He just said, if the car does not come with RVC they will reduce the price by $500!

Well,picked my R today and managed to clock up just over 100k's! Don't know where to start,the car is amazing!
After waiting 5 months for delivery, I have to now admit it was worth the wait and every dollar spent!
The only real negative I can find is getting out of those recaros,not the easiest task.
For all of those waiting for delivery,hang in there....you won't regret it!

Great to hear about u got ur ride finally. yes, I am always dreaming to get recaro, but due to its price and some negative bits such as without extra airbag, not electric thing and hard to maintain its gloss back ect. then i chosen leather seat instead. but good to see another R with recaro~ they are really hot~
