Ditto Prodigy - great specs on your order... I work in OP so I went local - VW OP - very happy with their service to date.... I think there are about 5 Rising Blues (and a couple of whites and blacks) hitting OP this week.... Ive only ever seen one R out on the Perth streets (last week) and that was a RB - looked awesome!!... you seen any?

Only seen one so far and that was quite a few months ago, also RB.
I think a few of us are going to try and organise a get together when all our cars arrive as most of us should have them by the end of December.

Yeah I have not seen an R yet down my way either. Its just another bonus with the R having an awesome car that hardly anyone will have. If they want one they will have to wait a fair while to get it so we should be in a small special lucky group for a while at least!

Would have had to have been on the Faust I was told I *might* get mine this week or early next week so basically two weeks after it has landed.

Spot on jasonpb... watched the Faust dock on Monday night (last week) with the Freo webcam (pretty sad hey ) .... I was told the same thing on Saturday and then got a call yesterday from my dealer so hopefully youll get your call shortly too!!

I think dealers are in a no-win situation.... while I was waiting for delivery I was calling my dealer every few weeks for any update no matter how small.... now I have a "pick up date" I wish I only knew on the day it was ready for pick up because I recon the wait feels even harder now (in a bloody good way though!!!)..... 2 more sleepless nights.

However, I have just been told by my dealer that their pre delivery contractors wont have the car ready by then, so to my great disappointment I will be picking it up on Monday or Tuesday!

This week is going to kill me...

I am starting to think I have missed the AIDA now which will only take 37 days to Melbourne. The next ship the Talisman is going to take the longest of all at 50 days. As Maxwell smart used to say... "Missed it by that much!" :/

Well mate, my girl friend is thinking of sending me to the nut house due to me following the ship on the web as well as talking about my car everyday for the last 4 months!! hahaha

Waiting a couple of extra days is not going to kill me....but, and I am assuming here due to you being based in Geelong, the defection of the little champ from my football side has caused me much more pain!! Not sure if you are the same....?

God I cant wait to get my car.... I have never been so keen to get anything in my life!!! haha
