Personally I use krytox (genuine seal lubricant) and the genuine solid lube paste for door hinges in my hinges and locks.

Have no issues. Seals are done every service ( which is a service requirement anyway) along with hinges as service also.

I can get you the part numbers if you wish.

But more pricey than some of the options out there but it definitely works
