LED R rears arrived today (thanks again Ozram!!!), booked in to pickup my new GTI Monday morning! Might try to get dealer to set byte 18 to 04 (car equipped with Bi-xenons with LED DRL's) during handover...?Comment

Hehe, Ozram should be getting commission from the overseas source for ALL the business he has given them! Good on you Ozram for freely giving your time to PM all who "have to have" these tails.
Still admire mine as much as day one (10 mths later), wouldn't have happened without Ozrams help, seemed like a good time to say "thanks again mate"

Noticed some water condensation in the the rear left blinker today. Anyone else get this? Should I be concerned and wait it out a little?

I noticed when I got mine from Germany, the "Foam" seals were not quite properly aligned at the back, so I just realigned them prior to fitting (they are just attached with double sided tape!). I have been looking/checking online for "LED tail lights" and found few links:

VW GOLF 6 VI GTI LED tail lamp products, buy VW GOLF 6 VI GTI LED tail lamp products from alibaba.com
The price is quite cheap - only "260 to 300 USD" i.e. around "245 to 275 AUD". Has anyone ordered them form China? Not sure about the quality!

Read a bit more of the thread, particularly early on.
There are multiple types of OEM LED lights, with and without rear fog lamp, LHD and RHD, "cherry" and "dark" tint.
You obviously need a set with fog lamp and RHD. Cherry or Dark is really just the look you're going for...Comment
