Pretty awesome - I think that APR tune does make a difference.
You won't get anything like that tomorrow

    Are you on Guy's payroll?

Best on a trip over the holidays - 6.76L/100 - virtually all open road with a loaded car and 2 people on board. Trip meter claimed 6.5L/100.

Best yet, 7.62l/100. 577.1 km and used 44l. I think the lack of traffic has helped as I can get a decent clear run to work. I'll see what happens in 2 wks when it starts to clog up again when people get back to work

Just did the same trip. Last time it was just after the 15k service, this time just after the 30k one.

This time around it was 885.4km on 49.04 litres.

    5.54 l/100km.

This is after the DSG change that they carried out in the 30k service. Seems to have worse consumption for everyday driving. Hard to make a proper comparison with so many variables at play. This trip was with Caltex Vortex, previous was with BP Ultimate. The trip back will be with Shell VPower. Warmer time of the year so more air-con in use. The trip took roughly the same amount of time - just over 10 hours.

This is what I snapped this morning =D

I'd doubt, it'll do what it claims though. The 300+km is what I have travelled since the last full refill.

Nerd Alert.....MFD states 7.3L/100km avg over the past 5500kms.

Living in CBR helps with little traffic and 80kmh/100kmh zones on my 25km commute.

Do that a few times and watch the consumption plummet.

I've been getting around 8.5 consistently on the GTI these last few weeks, and let's just say i'm usually 'late to work'. Very impressed with the consumption, my last four-pot non-turbo subaru never bested 10L/100
