How to track the car you have ordered?

The Toba was due to arrive in Melbourne on the 6th of May and has now been delayed untill the 8th for those of you with a car on this vessel (like me)!

2 days is not a big deal when you have been waiting 3 or 4 months i guess!!!

Probably decided to follow Jessica around the bottom of Tasmania and see how the suspension on the GTI's handles the huge waves.

Would have been happy if it had been 4 days late and used the other 2 days to drop my GTI off at Adelaide on the way past.

You have the ACC option so there should be no problems there

Just checked the marine traffic website this morning to track where the Queen Sapphire was at and apparently it is heading back to Belgium??? Can anyone else confirm this?

The captain realised they missed loading my cargo so he is going back to pick it up.

Have just been told mine docked on the 3rd. Hoping ill have it by about the 20th. Not sure what ship it was on.

OMG! i have just been told that my order has been delayed again!!!! I ordered mine at the end of feb, first told i can get it end of may, then mid july, now i've been told i should expect delivery mid august now!!!!!!!!! What should i do? Should I ask for compensation?

mid augest is a joke lol
i think if you order now u get it pretty much in augest .... I think u should
p.s. try to call other dealer and see what they can do for you (time vise)

Average wait time is anywhere between 4-6 months so don't freak out just yet...

I agree. I ordered late March, and the car lands in Oz mid June. I'm guessing that they sold your car to someone else.

I ordered March 8th and the GTI will land here on June 8th.

What do u guys suggest i should do? cancel the order and ask for full refund on deposit? ask for compensation of some sort?

ask for 'free' extras (I dont think they can give you some cash of the total but they can give you something on top) make sure you get a good deal...not some GTI mats
if you not happy go else where
that wait as some one said before, sounds like they sold your car to some one else ... and just ordered yours
