in the last few weeks put in an xtrons head unit and K&N aircleaner.

a few weeks back i changed the oil (oil, filter, cabin filter, wipers), this and rotating the tyres is all the work the old girl needs these days.
I'm really impressed with the low maintenance this car requires.

No, just need to push out the pin behind the trigger and the whole thing pulls up and off.

Just replaced my broken fog lamp. I found them OEM replacement online so I went ahead and ordered it. I'ts a perfect fit so I'm really happy with my purchase 5G0941661E - Genuine Volkswagen Fog Lamp

New coil overs today. Replaced the H&R lowered springs. Also new driveshafts and cv's. Big job but well worth it. Picture is whilst car is still on the hoist, hence gap. Anyone after a set of H&R springs, let me know.

Today I replaced the radiator fans. The small fan has not been coming on for AC for about 3 years now. I had it jerry-rigged with a relay so it was on all the time at 100%.
It is nice to have the variable speed back, the lack of noise and vibration is wonderful. Next up to replace the AC solenoid.
So this is not quite in line with my previous post

Replaced my driver's door window channel seal. What a bitch it was!

Pulled the fans in preparation for replacing the larger one. Seems like it has come loose from the control module and is shaking around in the shroud.

Fitted some shiny new bits. Car feels amazing now.
