cam follower issue: specific engines effected?

am a newbie and asked to post here.

this cam follower issue. which engine models are effected
there is talk everywhere of this issue but most write ups never specify which engine they have etc.
AXW, BLR, BLX etc etc

most of the writeups I have seen have the different HPFP.
i have a BLX engine....the HPFP has the 2 banjo bolts facing directly to the front of the car. This pump seems to be different in most wrie ups....
is this pump still effected
