I have nitrogen in my tyres too. I'm not sure of the benefits either, I certainly haven't noticed any difference but then again I'm not that well tuned into these things haha. As you said $8 can't hurt much. Only downside is I have to go back to Bob Janes, can't check pressures etc at the petrol station and so on.

They don't balance as easily, and depending on the damage to the bead, you may need to drive a little easier on that wheel, but other than that they should be fine...

Hmm well took it to another place yesterday to have a look and second opinion and they said they would glue it up and give that a shot. Its holding pressure. Not sure how comfortable i am with it though. May still look at getting it replaced.

Nitrogen is larger therefore less leakage, More stable than air with heat and that and some other stuff but not much i guess.

Will see me sat Hopefully with the sub box ready and the rims good to go (for that day)

Update for this week though.

Not sure about the tyre it seems to be holding pressure but i think ill order a new one just to be sure. But at $170usd for the tyre and two center caps and another $170usd to ship it here it seems a bit much.

Should be getting in the refresh kit and new strut mounts and all that shortly so i can put the kw's in.

And ordering a big brake kit soon. Its kinda funny when a local guy tells you to buy from ecs because all he would do is get the same thing and add a 60% markup on it :O. Still not sure if i should go with yellow or red calipers though? Or which kit to go infact.

Got my refresh kit so once i get my car back KW v2's and refresh kit can go in.

Got a little present for myself as well.

The fronts look really good, Hes done a good job of keeping the look exactly the same. It just works. Yeah loving the smoothed doors but the bumpers arn't done at the moment as they are alot more of a pain so ill have to look at some new ones. Hes had to buy a second one to make it work as well haha. Paint the only thing i don't like messing with.

Once it's done ill get the quote and show you.

Very talented body shop Hes actually cut the metal inserted a new piece and put the last part back on to keep the same shape.

Ha-ha yeah not nice, Worst part is local anesthetic doesn't work on me so i could feel them stitching through the nail bed. Doesn't look like it at the moment as my cars still being worked on and I've got some other stuff to do, But if i get a chance ill pop down and see how its going.

So i got my car back from the body shop yesterday. Super stocked with about 95% of it. Im still unsure on the wideness of the front bumper, i think it should come in at the bottom like the original bumper does. Can i get your opinions? I Love the rest of it, the smoothed doors and blackened b pillars suite it very nice and the boser is hit and miss for people but i like it. Anyway pictures for those interested
